Cordless Swivel

Question: I need a vacuum for bare floors that doesn't blow stuff away and is cordless.?
I have a Swivel Sweeper. It does a 90% job. Although they tear up easily. I have used vacuums that just blow the dust around on the floor. It needs to be very light with the weight at the bottom. I prefer cordless.
Thank you in advance.
Answer: Dyson! It's the best. It sucks up all the dirt and all of the dog hair too.

More on Cordless Swivel:
Most women with curly or wavy hair have at some point coveted straight hair. If you're one of them and want try this, you should know that there are several interesting options these days and none of them involves an iron. New methods, using advanced technology, are safer and less damaging to your hair. You can opt for the chemical process to recover so Permanent hair and achieve a smooth surface, the mane, shiny straight for six to nine months. Or you can temporarily sport a hairstyle straight to special occasions. You may want to try this before you commit to a permanent change.
If you have time and patience, you can simply use a hairdryer and good style brush to blow dry your hair straight or you can try a flat iron and straightening. Here below are several types of straighteners available, the oldest, most commonly used iron metal plated with gold-plated gold ones and of course the newest technology, ceramic. If you're short on cash try the regular metal or gold-plated gold ones are easier for your hair. If you can afford to call greed, buying a ceramic iron and straightening your hair will thank you. The ceramic heaters are more uniform and more gentle to your hair by helping preserve the natural moisture. It also leads to brighter, smoother, healthier hair as it tends to slip through better. Ceramic is known to eliminate frizz and minimize static.
Things to look for in a straightening iron:
- Is it more adjustable parameters of the heat? You'll have to experiment with it to find your ideal temperature. Even if an adjustment high heat will get hair straighter quicker, try to follow the rule of using lower settings for hair purposes and the setting for thick or coarse hair
- Look for solid ceramic plates instead of ceramic coating as the first last much longer.
- How heavy is it? A lightweight one will be easier on your arms and make your job much more bearable.
- Does it have a swivel cord? This feature may make your task go much faster.
- There are now several Cordless models on the market. If you go use it for quick touch ups or for travel, this option is great.
- Look for a straightening iron with a heat resistant protective case example, When you're finished, you can spend without worrying about it cooling.
- Get a smaller plate iron for short hair and more hair longer.
Tips
- Make sure your hair is completely dry before using a hot iron. The hair is more fragile and prone to breakage when wet and the straightening iron on damp hair opens the cuticle and damage the cortex. If possible, leave your hair dry naturally instead of drying, as this reduces the amount of heat your hair has to support both.
- Use a product like serum or protein treatment before recovering - especially on the ends. This will further help protect your hair and leave it shiny.
- If you are looking for pin straight hair, part hair into small sections and make several passes with the iron on each section.
- If you are pressed or if you're just looking for a smooth, polished, straighten the top layer of your hair. We will not see the bottom layers anyway.
- Do not wrap the cord around the iron as it may fray or damage cord causing a hazard and give your investment a shorter life.
