Question: How do I hand wash my black polo t-shirt?

Its a black polo, with white iron on type writing on the front and back.

I dont have time to do a load of washing.. how do i hand wash it?

There is no stains on it.. it just needs a wash..

Please give as much info as possible.. ive never hand washed anything before

in a clean sink
