Microfiber Cleaning Cloth

Question: Has anyone used a microfiber cloth on their face?
There a special ones for the face but can I use a normal household microfiber cloth for cleaning my face?
Has anyone used the cloth designed for the face? Are they any good?
Answer: I've used the microfiber cloth on my face for the first time this morning. I used my regular cleanser and rubbed lightly to "suds" up my face like I would with a regular terry wash cloth. Then I rinsed my face and the cloth and wiped again. It really exfoliates! Be careful if you have thin or sensitive skin. My skin has felt soft and smooth all day.
