Question: Refilling Farberware dish scrubber??

I have this dish scrubber that holds soap, i have no idea how to refill it and its not obvious. Its about 2inx2in and its black and clear. Does anyone have any ideas? I tried screwing the top off and pulling off both ends but its not working.
I dont really want to throw it out. I'm just dying to try to find a way to open the dang thing.

Answer: Throw it out. Use a scrubber sponge by 3M or Scott. More efficient, how do you reach irregular surfaces with that other contraption? They also can be sanitized by dipping in bleach solution.
