Question: Can a landlord change the lock on your private storage space.?
Our landlord wants to change the locks on tendants private storage space, can they do that.
Answer: Yes, and you do not have to receive a key if you owe money. This is not the same as locking you out of the house. most do not change the lock, but install an additional lock.

Making storage space in the ceiling is driven by most households have a standard store or pantry already in place. After years AFEW storage space begins to decline because of other items needing to be preserved. One place where this extra space can be found is the ceiling.
