Question: what are some local places where i can buy shop towels and rags?
shop towels are those really soft clothes that people use to wash cars. clean grease dirt, etc.

All portable keyboards collect an impressive amount of garbage time. The Dell Inspiron B120 Keyboard U.S. is no different. As it is a laptop and it is probably bound to collect more dirt in the keyboard than most desktop computers ever. Many want to eat or drink near the computer for the keyboard on mine collects usually some residue of that action.
Fortunately, the Dell Inspiron B120 Keyboard U.S. is easy to clean. All keycaps pop immediately with the help of a fingernail or (more likely) a small screwdriver. Many laptop does not let you take the keys off without risking damage to the keyboard itself. But it is very easy to do with the keyboard Dell Inspiron B120. After taking all the keys, then it's time to clean them.
WARNING: If you use any other liquid cleaners, read the instructions on its use. Make sure the vacuum cleaner is safe for use on plastics. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaning tools! Remove AC power and the battery in your Dell laptop. Although very sparing amounts of cleaner should be used (and never sprayed on the keyboard itself!) leak could cause damage in the form of short-circuits. Without being able to apply the risk of leaving any cleaner too dry and looked normal operation is then much more!
A vacuum cleaner may be useful to collect dust before losing course use a wet Cleaning Solution. After vacuuming (if necessary), use a Cleaning Solution to water your choice and proceed to clean the keyboard. Apply cleaner only to a clean cloth or whatever you use to clean your Dell Inspiron keyboard. Do not apply directly keyboard. Wipe the area below the keyboard clean. Give him a few minutes, to dry.
Cleaning a key in hand
Take each keycap and clean it separately if necessary. This can be done with Paper Towel and wet cleaner. You can also use a dishwasher or washing machine to clean the keycaps as well. Simply place them in a mesh bag heat safe and secure while node open ends. Place the bag in the dishwasher or washing machine and use a heat cycle with regular detergent or soap.
Dell uses some type of material Plastic safe lubricant to ensure smooth action between the keys. Use care when cleaning the keys in hand so as not to disturb the material lubricant. If you use a dishwasher or washing machine, the lubricating material will be removed. It is not necessary to replace, but you may find that the action the keyboard is more rigid after assembly. If this bothers you, a small quantity of a plastic safe lubricant may be used on posts which are inserted into the base where the keyboard keycaps are pushed down.
Larger buttons with grab bars require the insertion each side of the support bar in the corresponding track on the keyboard. To do this, align the bar with the tracks, then drag them into place. The Return to the keycap down and push it firmly in place. It will be a "pop" noise. Test the key in the center and at each end to make sure it works normally. If the key does not seem to level, repeat the procedure until it is. Also check for broken if the bar was removed the keycap. I do not know if you can repair this type of damage - it may be better at this stage to obtain a key to good another computer Dell B120 laptop.
You do not put the keys in a particular order. Do what you feel comfortable as you progress. (Do are not those old typing the next lessons now useful?)
Please note that I do not pretend you even consider trying remove buttons pointing stick to clean around them. I do not know if it's possible to remove these buttons, without taking the keyboard and the computer other. You could damage the computer or keyboard to be serious enough to require total replacement of one or the other!
