Question: Trash outside neighboring apartment?
I live in a wooded area, (right next to the woods) and my neighbor has left his trash in his bags for a week now outside. I'm starting to worry that he won't ever take them to the trash bin which are at the front of the apartment complex. I'm worried because I don't want critters to start coming in from the woods which has happened in the past. He is a nice guy, and I see him every day, so I know nothing is wrong with him. I don't want to ruin our "friendship" if you want to call it that. How do I handle this?
Answer: Call the city and report it anonymously. You might ask him if he is ill because because of the trash pile up. Smile when you ask.

While many people were left stranded and an incredible amount of waste they need to get rid of, very few have really learned about the collection of bulk trash and how it really works. Some people will resort to burning garbage or throw them on the sides of roads ancient land.
