House Cleaning Tips

Question: How do you tell somebody to do it right or walk?

I love my caregiver. She has been here three years. However as most caregivers, she zooms through her jobs. She works so fast and is careless which makes her break things and do irresponsible things. Yesterday she broke my mop and vacuum. Last week and the week before she ruined some things in the wash and the week before it was a broken glass. I have attempted to say things in the past but she gets extrememly defensive and hurt. How do I handle a pereson who is good but careless and truly casues more health problems?

OK THAT SIMPLY MEANS TAKE THE PROBLEM TO THE SOURCE 1ST AND OF THAT DOESNT WORK , 2ND GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF AUTHORITY , WHICH IS HER BOSS IN THE OFFICE IN WHICH SHE'S EMPLOYED THROUGH AND IF THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF AUTHORITY, IF AT ALL FELLS GET RID OF HER.
