Heavy Stuff

Question: I have a 4 week old baby. Can I start lifting heavy stuff now or should I wait? and when can I get a tatto?
I am brestfeeding and I want to know whats best for my baby girl
Answer: You cannot get a tattoo until you have finished breastfeeding.
Did you have a vaginal birth or a csection? Csection you usually need 6 weeks to recover before doing major physical activity, but may need longer depending on how you are healing and how you are feeling.
Vaginal birth they say to allow 6 weeks to recover although you can still do light exercise (kiegel exercises and pelvic floor tilts) Be aware that there is a risk of hemorrage (sp?) up to 4 weeks after giving birth. Also, the more you exercise (if still bleeding) the heavier you will bleed, so try to keep rested with your feet up until 6 weeks![]()

You do not know what is happening with me on this one, but it seems that the more I listen, the more subjects Heavy Soul. Heavy Soul said is simply one of Ike Quebec best CDs to date.
Refreshing, it was one of those CDs I was able to just pop, and listen to the beginning at the end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from beginning to end.
One of the refreshing things well on this CD is the average of all participating artists seem to be really fun. Combine that with the overall presentation and you get one releases most impressive Ike Quebec has ever known.
Listen to this CD and I think you will find there is not much to say please. The songs are inspired, the production is simply outstanding, and Ike Quebec is clearly in top form. So much so that if you are even slightly in Jazz, you will enjoy this CD.
While the entire CD is really very good some of my favorites are track 4 - Brother Can You Spare A Dime, track 7 - I Want A Little Girl, and track 9 - Blues For Ike
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 - Acquitted. Good stuff!
