Different types of leather and how to take care of them
The most common leather is cowhide. A variety of animal skins are used to produce different air in the leather. Once the leather is tanned and processed, certain items are selected for use on an application particular. It will then go through another series of processing and fractionation for each application. Leather quality is determined by the actual process and chemicals used in its production. Respectable manufacturers use high quality production of furniture, upholstery, car and jackets and clothing. Low prices on leather, however, means lower quality and less sustainable in the long term.
There are 3 types of leather:
1.Rosewood grains (protected and coated) - Leather is used in all applications automobile upholstery, jackets and clothing. It's easier to maintain and also the most durable. She has "finished" look and a little heavier. If a drop of water is reversed, it will bead up and do not darken space and is easily erased.
2.Aniline * are a very sweet feel of leather with no finish on the surface leaving "revealed" and subject dirt and stains. Being much more difficult to maintain, it is used on furniture and clothing.
a.Suede (Nubuck) - is a form of aniline leather. It has that brushed look and seems "Knapp" that change color when the surface is lightly touched the hand or other objects. Water will in place of pearls, but during cleaning will be absorbed creating a "dark" on the spot.
3.Semi aniline leather is not lying, but a finished appearance. The surface has the same appearance as the coated leather top, but be a little softer and lighter feel. When a drop of water is reversed, it will absorbed immediately and cause a dark spot. It is the most difficult to treat. The leather he most commonly used in furniture.
The different types of leather mentioned, need different approaches in the care and maintenance.
A. faded and worn can still occur even if you take real good care of it. The surface must be cleaned of any accumulated dirt and you use a kit may recoloring to restore. It is very simple to use.

Nu "aniline" Suede or nubuck leather must be treated differently. Such easy stains and needs of different formulations of products of leather care. Use products designed for finer types absorbent which will not cause more staining while giving the stronger cleaning agent. Nubuck leather conditioner should be applied after cleaning to restore the oils that were lost daily use.
Protection of the stain finish May be done in several ways:
Protection Cream will give a protective layer to prevent staining the water, oil, alcohol, body oils and soiling daily. Apply when the leather is followed by a Bought new application with regular maintenance.
Fabric guard is strongly recommended because it will give the same protective cover in a spray form easy.
Protective UV protection against fading caused by direct exposure to sunlight. This product reduces the light reaching the surface leather. A long-term exposure, also brings about drying and curing leather.
Semi-aniline will need the same cleaning and maintenance products aniline in full, but the application procedure may vary. Appropriate measures for treatment are as follows:
Clean the surface with the right leather own product.
Condition leather to restore lost oils and lubricants using the right leather conditioner.
Apply the fabric care or protection cream to provide a "protective layer" to reduce dirt and stains.
Use UV protector to reduce discoloration and decay of leather.
