Poor economic conditions are making people work longer in life, but there are advantages in May
A recent study by the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London has shown that men who continue to work later in life has helped keep their brains' Sharp. What is interesting is that scientists now believe that this delay retirement is to have a reduction in the number of people developing dementia, including disease Alzheimer's.
In the UK, approximately 700,000 people are currently suffering from dementia, the most common is Alzheimer's disease. Symptoms include memory loss, confusion and problems with speech and understanding. Relatives of people talking about a disease that deprives the person they love where they are unable to file a grievance.
Of course age and medical factors play a role if it is no guarantee
Do you or your relatives will not develop dementia. A good lifestyle, however, is key to keeping the brain healthy and memory sharp.

Eat healthily

For people retiring there are ways to ensure the brain is stimulated mentally retained including volunteer work. Volunteer work is an excellent way to keep communication skills.
