Question: does a cars power make it harder to drive a standard?
I learned how to drive a stick shift on a 1994 vw golf. I am buying a 1985 firebird. The golf only had a 2.0 and the firebird has a 5.0. i have heard that it's going to be hard because the firebird has so much more power... is that true? if so what is going to make it so much harder with the increase of power? i was also told that it will be harder to stall the firebird? is that true?
Answer: At first you might smoke the tires a little ( hee hee ) on the fire bird.
But there really is no difference on the shift patterns of both cars.
Both patterns are in the form of the capital letter H.
You just have to get used to the fire bird over the smaller VW.

Your shoulders should turn around your body. Do not place too much weight to the front of your body. Make sure to change your weight as you correctly swing.
The fault rotation of the hip can make you lose power to your swing. Most golfers slide their hips laterally rather than rotate counterclockwise.
In a lateral slide will create a problem that can cause a slice or a hook that will result in a lack of power. You can also back pain.
Proper motion of the hip is essential to the power of your shot. When the hips are more open than shoulders when the club comes into the ball is the best way to store and deliver power directly to the impact.
In addition, when hips are removed, it will help maintain the proper angle of the spine at impact. This will promote the transfer of ideal weight for solid contact.
