Upright Type

Question: Help me find out what type of plant this is, please?
I've had this plant for a few years and dont know what it is. it has recently become very frail and breaking. if you have any idea what it may be, please help me out!
here is what it looks like now, one main shoot broke a few days ago and then today the other one bent:

and at the base a third shoot tried to grow once but then shriveled and never got anywhere:
I appreciate any help I can get!
Answer: It's a Dracaena maginata that has seen better days. It needs more light and you soil looks a 'little sour'. Make new clean cuts on the broken tops, dip in rooting hormone and poke them into new potting soil. Repot the old stems in new soil and cut back to 4-5', these should send out new growth. RScott
