Question: How can i order new trash containers for my house? black, blue and green?
The ones i have are very old now and the wheels dont work...THey havent picked up my trash, im guessing its due to that..So how can i get new ones?
Answer: They usually charge for the containers as part of your service. You can save a little if you own your own but it is not worth it to me.
All you have to do is call them and they will replace them. I do not think that is why they didn't pick up your garbage. You need to call on that as well.
In most cases, they tell me, if your cans are bad they just dump them in the truck and make you call for a new one. At least that was their excuse when one of my cans went missing but mine weren't in bad shape.
