Question: How to file a lawsuit in Mexico for slip and fall?

I was at a resort and I was taking a shower getting ready to go to dinner. The shower leaked all over floor. There were no mats and I slipped and got knocked out and had to get stiches. The resort says they are not liable because I had ben drinking.
