Metered Aerosol

Question: What does 200 metered inhalations on the box for an inhalation aerosol mean? (also called an inhaler)?
Answer: It means it has 200 measured doses, every time you use it, by pushing the top or breathing in hard, you use one measured dose.

More on Metered Aerosol:
Refrigerated Air Dryer Troubled and usual remedy:
1. Air bypass valve open close valves --- bypass
2. Faulty liquid to drain downstream of the dryer --- drain repairs
3. High ambient temperatures --- Add more ventilation
4. Condenser airflow restricted --- remove restrictions
5. Compressor high air temperature Delivery --- install pre-cooler or install a dry resized for your operating conditions
6. Loss of refrigerant --- Refrigeration repairman call
7. Suction pressure abnormal --- call Refrigeration Repair
How a refrigerated Air Dryer Works
COMPRESSED AIR CIRCUIT
The Air Dryer chilled air cools the first volume in an air-air heat exchanger where the outgoing pre cool dry air-cooled the incoming hot air and condenses some moisture.
Then, the incoming air enters an air-refrigerant heat exchanger where the air is cooled to 38 º F by the liquid refrigerant.
This process causes the moisture condenses into liquid water and is evacuated.
The air enters the air and the heat exchanger and the air is heated to maintain the exterior pipes against perspiration.
REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
Pumps for compressor refrigeration Hi hot coolant pressure gas (Freon) into the condenser which transfers heat from the refrigerant gas in the ambient air as the gas condenses into liquid.
The liquid refrigerant (Freon) is then measured with a cold low pressure where it enters the air heat exchanger refrigerant and heat from the hot compressed air is adsorbed into the cold refrigerant (Freon).
The refrigeration compressor sucks then low-pressure refrigerant hot gas (freon) in the refrigeration compressor and the cycle begins again.
How does water becomes your compressed air?
Through you, the compressor inlet
Water vapor (humidity-moisture) enters the system through the air inlet filter air compressor air.
The air compressor draws about 7 cubic feet of atmospheric air at 0 psig, and the volume of air is compressed into 1 cubic foot of air 100 psig.
Water vapor (humidity-moisture) that was in the 7 cubic feet of atmospheric air is now compressed into 1 cubic feet compressed air.
Over there are 3 forms of water in compressed air:
- Liquid water
- Spray (fog)
- Steam (gas)
Liquid water is easily removed by filters for general use. They remove 98% of liquid water and less than 10% water vapor mist & 0%.
Water spray or vapor form requires the use a compressed Air Dryer.
For each decrease of 50 ° C temperature of the compressed air holding capacity Water from air is reduced by 50%.
Drying prevents liquid water forming downstream where it can contaminate or damage the system causing problems operation, maintenance and costly repairs.
What is the "pressure dew point"?
Dewpoint pressure - For a given pressure, the temperature at which water vapor will begin to condense into liquid water.
What is the dew point pressure do I need?
First - here some information to help you understand the dew point pressure:
The class lowest dew point Pressure for a refrigerated dryer is Class 4. Class 4 has a dew point pressure of +38 ° C.
Refrigeration dryers should not operate below the 4 classes of aircraft because the water vapor freezes in the dryer.
The highest dew point pressure for refrigeration dryer is Class 6. Class 6 has a dew point pressure of +50 ° C.
The highest practical dewpoint pressure because of rising Dew Pressure point condensation in the piping downstream.
Two ways to determine the pressure Dewpoint:
1. Ask the manufacturer what the dew point pressure (DPP), the requirements are for your equipment.
2. You can calculate pressure dew point temperature you need.
Here's how:
1. Determine the lowest temperature Ambient your piping system of compressed air will be exposed.
Check the location of the air lines throughout Air conditioning in unheated spaces or underground or between buildings.
(For example, your compressor and piping is inside your installation and minimum temperature of the air, he would never be exposed to is 58 º F.)
2. Now you must take this figure temperature and lower than 20 º.
(For example, your 58 º F lower ambient temperature = -20 º (38 º PDP NEEDED)
Determination of the pressure dew point will help you determine the dew "Point Class" from the dryer you need.
Such "classifications" are industry standard for compressed air dryers as established by ISO (International Organization for Standardization).
ISO 8573.1 AIR QUALITY CLASSES OF PRESSURE DEW POINT THAT APPLY TO REFRIGERATED air dryers:
Class 4 maximum pressure dew point of 38 º F
Class 5 maximum pressure dew point of 45 º F
Class 6 to a maximum pressure dew point 50 º F
The higher the dew point, the drier the air.
