Question: Do the mesh washing bags really stop creases?

I am arguing with my partner about those mesh washing bags you put clothes in then put them in the washing machine. I don't think they work, I think things come out creased anyway. My partner says they don't get stretched with each other therefore don't have stretched sleeves etc.
(We will both vote for the best answer so don't just agree with me.) (have fun)

Answer: they are mainly used to protect clothing that may get damaged by being tangled or stretched by other clothing. dedicates that get snagged or pill-ed, sweaters that get misshaped or ripped, buttons, hooks,that get caught in other things and ripped off, (not overloading the washer helps with that also). for as example i don't think they would help jeans at all, they could keep you from loosing socks, and they are a must for bra's, silk anything, knit or crochet items.
