Question: Were is the drain plug located ona 1998 Plymouth Breeze?

1998 Plymouth Breeze A/C leaking water into car on the passenger side of car.Even when the A/C isn't running I get in my car and go to work the passenger side floor still be full of water and the carpet be soaked and wet.I haven't used my A/C sine July 25,2009.Can anyone give me any information on this matter..The water be dripping from were the blower motor is located at.
