Polish Aluminum

Question: polish aluminum?
I'm trying to figure out about getting one side of a 24ft aluminum trailer polished into looking like a mirror.
Can aluminum get all shiny and polished like a mirror if it has scratches on it? They aren't deep scratches but, more like scratches from, lets say, sandpaper.
Answer: Though deeper scratches might not come out it could still be polished. I've seen semi truck trailers and airplanes polished.

You basically start with a coarse polish to smooth the metal and take out scratches then work to finer and finer polishes. There's also a sealer that can be applied so it doesn't oxidize as quickly.

Question: How to clean the applicator pad in pressed powder?
How do you clean the applicator pad that comes with the pressed powder? I feel that mine is "caked" with the powder and oil from my face and would like to clean it...or do you just replace it?
Answer: i wouldn't try cleaning it just buy a new one they are very inexpensive and you can get them at any drug store or wal-mart. a hint for keeping it from getting so terribly "cakey" put it upside down so the side you use is facing the mirror not sitting on top of the power with all the oil from your face soaking it up.

Question: Two dryer balls have disappeared in my dryer. Where do they go?
Answer: For anyone who has ever wondered where things go when they disappear in the dryer, I have the answer. Chances are that your balls, some socks and a lot of change have been "eaten" by the dryer.
If you look inside of your dryer toward the back of the drum. The back of the drum isn't usually attached to the dryer itself. In order to tumble the clothes, the drum usually moves with a belt attached to the motor. The back of the dryer stays stationary because it is where the heat and airflow are coming from. That's why there are so many holes back there.
Usually, when things disappear, they are caught in the back of the dryer where the drum and the back of the drum meet. This is commonly called the "dryer seal". Things like socks, spare change, etc get caught in the crack and fall to the bottom of the dryer. Everything else is usually caught by the lint trap, though a large amount of lint usually ends up in the bottom of the dryer no matter what you do.
For that reason, I recommend that someone clean out a dryer about once a year by popping off the access panel on the front and vacuuming out the bottom of the machine. It keeps the airflow smooth, decreases the risk for a dryer fire and helps you recover all of those missing socks and change.
