Question: How do I stop my washing machine moving across the floor?

I've got a smooth tiled utility room floor and every time I use the washing machine it moves. It's level on the floor and I'm not overloading it.

I've tried rubber pads under the feet but with limited success.

I can't jam it against the cupboards because it will shake them to death.

How do I stop it moving?
No, it's completely level and doesn't wobble. It just moves when it's working.
