Hoover Dimension

Question: What was the name of a documentary in the '70's ,hosted by the 5th Dimension about building of Mt Rushmore?
I think it was a PBS series and did all of the big american structures like Hoover Dam, the Golden Gate Bridge, Empire State Building. I thing part of the title was "They said it couldnt be done" or "The men that dared" something like that. The 5th Dimension Group kind of hosted it and sang some of their songs as a tribute.
Answer: It was called "High on Mt. Rushmore."
There is no doubt that the Volkswagen Polo car was set as the Beatles are to music or Hoover is to Vacuum Cleaners. Since the Mk1 appeared 34 years ago, the Polo was synonymous with an elegant, high levels of reliability and practicality. Yes, the Polo has never torn your image with its acceleration and cornering seized as he was on rails but none of this mattered to the millions of people who have owned a Polo over the years - it is become a significant part of the family as the average dog.
There will be no surprise then that Volkswagen had a difficult time designing a new model Polo. They have the unenviable task of balancing what existing customers as to refresh the existing model. This leads us neatly onto the fifth reincarnation of the Volkswagen Polo and then the fourth time, had the best model that existed before.
The most recent Polo enters a market Hatchback place full of funky city cars like the Ford Fiesta and Alfa Romeo Mito. Volkswagen can do funky as we saw with the new Scirocco, Polo, but the owners have always required a level of class and restraint on blind curves and color blind. Therefore, the new Polo tick all these boxes. Do not get me wrong it is not far from boring to watch, with both front and back, updated to continue the recent changes to the style found both the Golf and Scirocco. The front grill works perfectly fine tightrope between aggressiveness and sophistication, while the slight flaring wheel arches make the car appear wider and more ready than in reality.
Please try to interpret not deceive me, but drive the Polo is a marked improvement on the old model that was the only sector really let down. It is clear that the new version has inherited genes for the great review and welcomed Golf and it's not only the driving experience is made. The quality of materials used in both outside and inside exceeds that of its rivals. I would venture to say that if you were blindfolded before entering the cabin, it's like in a saloon were executive. It may not be a gadget Mercedes S Class, of course, but I defy you to find a cab quieter and robust in driving.
Since the launch of the new car in October, the company expects that the model 1.4 liter of gasoline continued to be the most popular choice. The new version is more sober, more powerful and the car a bit faster. The difference is not huge it must be noted and only on an equal footing with a Fiesta with a similar specification. Interestingly, the Polo is now the same size the Golf Mk II was at its inception in the mid 80s. This means that the Polo is a viable option as a family car, with the interior is generously proportioned and leads the class again.
I can go on and on telling you that this is practical, promises to be reliable and is priced to upper end of the hatchback market, mainly because it is the best on the market. But the experience that you already know, so you'll most likely trade in your MkIV 1.4 and get the new model. Before to do well please review the Polo BlueMotion.
The Bluemotion produces 85bhp as the standard car, but returns a staggering 85.6mpg compared to 47.9mpg. Chuter CO2 emissions of 139g/km to 87g/km. Therefore, the Polo Bluemotion is the most economical car on the planet, ahead even the new Toyota Prius which is due next year. Unlike the Prius, however, the Bluemotion is 100% normal car with three cylinders 1.2-liter turbo-diesel and no batteries.
I always tried to find a problem with the blue version of the new target = "_blank"> VW Polo and came short. They hunt and the standard 1.4-liter looks almost identical (a small front spoiler and tires great try give the game away) and works very well - not the face rippingly quickly, but we've already established the Polo drivers do not like it. Expect The Bluemotion to start on the wrong side of £ 14,000, which may worry until you factor in fuel economy and the absence of road tax you pay.
I may not be fully committed environmentalist, but when you can drive a car within an inch of his life and even return 65mpg I suppose I am technically over my car. My bags are packed and I'm going to join Greenpeace on their boat.

Question: How does Hpnotiq turn white/clear?
My mom has a bottle of unopened Hpnotiq left over from a party. It's been in the refrigerator for about 2 months now and when I went into the fridge today, the liquor was not blue, but a cloudy-ish clear, almost white color. What would make this happen and is it safe to drink?
Answer: Sometimes oxygen can make things turn different colors... sometimes things can change colors on their own over time... I dont neccessarily think that means its bad. Why dont you sip it, and if it tastes bad than you know it is. It usually is uncommon for liquor to go bad so soon unopened. My personal opinion is that it probably settled, and if you shook it up it wold look closer to normal. Artificial flavors and colors are known to settle on the bottom and sometimes dissapate, so I wouldnt worry about it.

The very talented Jazz artist Lenny White has released more recent CD on the Wounded Bird Records label recording, entitled Venusian Summer.
It's a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist that I can honestly say not a bad track in the bunch. I am more than happy to announce that's exactly what I have to say about it. Over there simply is not a bad in the bunch. No fillers here at all, with each song stands on its own.
Venus has been a very varied mixture of 6 securities that are very well written songs by this clearly superb artist. With great songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that makes great listening. The design is clear from what I can only imagine are him own personal experiences. At different points touching emotion the more true as the love and the pain has no relationships can certainly be heard.
I give Venusian Summer my highest recommendation. It just plain belongs in any good collection of music collectors regardless of gender preference.
While this album whole is really very good some of my favorites are track 2 - Go Away Troubles in the sewer, channel 4 - Prelude To Rainbow Delta, and track 6 - Prince Of The Sea
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 - Chicken-fried steak. This is a great track!

Question: Can you clean a white table cloth with a pattern with bleach?
I have a beautiful 1930's table cloth that had coffee spilled over it. It is white cotton, with a floral pattern. Can I bleach this?

Children love to draw with crayons, and masterpieces of our artist little potential are lovingly displayed on the refrigerator long and it brings home the First card details. What we do not like is to eliminate a pile of Clothes Dryer and find where we went crayon that do not reverse in the pack where it comes from, it was clearly set aside for security in a pants pocket of our child.
Spray WD-40 in all frankness on the spots of pencil and let stand for 10 minutes, then add a little mild detergent bowl of liquid fresh water in the bathtub. Let's paintings immerse for one hour after cleaning clothes stained in the washing machine as usual.
Before using the dryer to test the dryer drum for marking pencil. These markings must be detached by simply rubbing the surface with a soft cloth moistened with baby oil. Use another cloth dipped in hot water foamy sponge for fat baby oil, then clean with a cloth soaked in natural water.
