Question: Where can I find a good shoe cabinets?

We live in an apartment and our shoe rack is in the main entrance, and it clutters..I'd like to find a durable and inexpensive shoe rack online or in stores.

Answer: Both Bed Bath and Beyond and Linen and Things carry attractive, inexpensive Shoe Racks. I found one that has a swinging door that hides the shoe clutter, too. There is also a nice selection at the Container Store if you have one in your area.

Every week my mother in law brings something else that we "need". Our house is getting so full of stuff we never use bc she is constantly bringing us presents. There are only 3 people in our house but we have 5 laundry baskets because she keeps buying new ones! I don't have any more room! The last one she gave us had 3 compartments so you could sort your laundry but it didn't fit anywhere but the kitchen so it's now a recycling center. Now she's bought me a 4 compartment sorter and plans on bringing it this weekend. I have NO IDEA where I'm going to put the newest contraption. I do laundry ever Saturday so she does usually see it out but I've explained it's the only opportunity to get it done. And that's just one gift scenario. Otherwise we get along great. Any ideas for making it stop w/o hurting feelings?

If the paper is the bane of our existence, so laundry must be very close. If you are a family of two or more, you are well aware that dirty laundry is multiplying while you're snoring at night (or at least that's the way). Question: I'm looking to get kitchen cabinets Home Depot sells mills pride does anyone know anything about this brand?

Essentially I don't want to go with kraftmaid or anything expensive because I won't be in the house no more then 5 to 6 years. The kitchen cabients that are there are the original cabients from 1974 and look really bad. They are not salvagable. They have wood frames and wood doors but HDF bottoms, sides and shelves. they are also not modern as far as organization goes....

Answer: For less money than the crap at Home Depot, I found a better line for less-expensive cabinets. Go to kitchenkompact.com and find a local dealer. These are well made and look much more expensive than they are. Good luck!
