Question: changing pad cover?

The changing table that is attached to our crib has the straps coming out of the middle of the changing pad. I haven't been able to find a changing pad cover that has a hole in the middle for this.

Has anyone else seen them somewhere?

--If it comes down to it I'll cut a hole but would really rather avoid doing that.

??? I don't know.. Maybe I'll just cut the straps off and try to find a changing pad that fits on there! =P
