Question: How can i get back all my songs which have been erased or deleted from my i-pod nano 2nd generation?

I was adding songs in my ipod nano after finishing it i clicked on safely remove hardware, the message showed that i can remove my hardware, but the i-pod was showing DO NOT DISCONNECT and i removed the i-pod, then i restarted it & saw that all the songs have been erased.. I have not saved any of the songs in my itunes library . PLEASE HELP

Going green is now easy and cheap, yet it can save you thousands of dollars in the future. There are things you can do to be more environmentally responsible. Many of them cost money little or not at all, but can reduce your consumption Fuel and energy costs.

Reduce, reuse and recycle are expressions, you must have heard. It is the mystical secret of going green. It is fairly easy to do, it just takes a little adjustment with your thoughts. Reduce, reuse and recycle are steps Simle to recall when we make changes in our ongoing efforts in green. These steps are actually quite simple and can even save us a lot of money.

1. Reduce your consumption Every Day

Just about all of us were raised not to be wasteful, but we seem to have forgotten the lesson we have learned that we got older. The first step to going green is to start reducing the quantity of items that are using disposable items that can be reused many times.

* You can reduce the amount of toxic fuel you use by driving less, keeping your vehicle tuned up and keep your tires properly inflated. Try races combine as much as possible and plan your itinerary so that you do not do much running around.

* Make sure your home energy efficiency is to use no more energy than needed to heat and cool your home. Keep your furnace in good condition, cut cold room for doors and windows and adding more insulation to reduce heat transfer.

Reduce the daily consumption is the first logical step to go green. The less you use the least demand on fuel consumption and the environment.

2. Instead of reusing disposable syringes

We've been spoiled and have adopted the habit of buying throwaway. If you stop think for a minute, you might well find it difficult to come up with a dozen items that are not disposable alternatives. Today, everything seems to be made to be used once and then discarded.

We have disposable razors, toothbrushes, disposable, disposable bottles, disposable diapers, etc. The fact is that this kind of mentality is not good for our environment and the planet and it cost you much money.

* Use a reusable water bottle, the kind that are safe for your water needs of the dishwasher.

* Use reusable cloth bags for groceries.

* Bring your lunch in plastic containers rather than paper bags.

3. Recycling Papers, cans, glass, plastic, etc.

This is another not easy going green. There are some items that can be reused, such as cans, bottles glass, plastic containers. You can reduce the impact on the environment simply recycling instead of throwing them and burdening landfills.

Today, most communities have some sort of recycling programs and recycling bins are typically pick up the same day they collect garbage. You file your papers, cans, bottles, etc. in the trash and take it to the curb on trash day. It's just that simple!

This step three measures may be launched today. Start by reducing. Just do not use as much as you used to: do not drive much, do not use as many disposable things you used to, do not keep using as much fossil fuels as you used.

Answer: I've never been, but my best friend is from the South Side of Chicago, and she assures me that it is not racist. I never felt having a discussion reguarding race was racist to begin with. The ones who scream that Obama is racist on here are the ones who themselves are racist. And some white Americans have, what I consider to be an incredibly irrational fear that if an African American becomes president that the African American community will rise up and retaliate against whites. The man who posted the comment just below mine enhances their fear. It is a matter of, they feel guilty, and perhaps mabye a little bit afraid. Afraid that God might judge them for the acts of which their ancestors created. I grew up in an all white town, with an all white family, from a very young age, the amount of hatred and racism which was instilled upon me, its ridiculous. I am white. I am talking about from my family members. I remember when I was in kindergarten, we went to a resteraunt in the next town over to get a bite to eat. My grandmother, my mother, and myself. For the first time in my life, I saw a real black person, face to face, no, I am not lying. Anyhow, I am ashamed of it, but, I was 5, it is what I was taught, as terrible as it is. My mother asked me what I wanted to eat, I said, I don't want anything. She went ahead and ordered for me, this poor man brings me my plate, I literally freaked out an flung it at the resteraunt, I did not want to touch it, why??? Because, I had been told my entire life that if you touched anything a black man touched, you would catch it and you would turn black, that it was a disease. I knew about slavery and all that, my grandfather gave me his own education, saying that slavery was kind of like Adam & Eve, when they took the bite off the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and that that was why people had turned black, because they had touched other black people. I apologize for my grandparents mistakes, and will never understand their hatred and ignorance. But thats all these people on here are, they feel guilty, and feel they must hold on to this ridiculousness for fear of being disowned by their own families, because of guilt because they know how deep and unnecessary the hatred was. Also, they fear black retaliation. That is why Obama is the perfect candidate, because he has seen it from both sides of the fence. His white grandmother made racist statements that made him cringe, but he knew she loved him. My grandparents are still alive, I love them. They couldn't control, the household they were raised in either, and they were taught, honor thy parents. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes, forgiveness is devine, but sometimes a difficult pill to swallow. You had asked earlier, how would whites vote if the situation was reversed and there had never been a white candidate to run, my answer was, and still is, I wouldn't be able to vote because I could not hold my temper, the first time I saw an ignorant mother f**er sporting a Nazi tatoo in Wal-Mart, I would have to shoot him in his head, and then I would be in prison. But thats not how to win a war, racism has taken its toll on this country for long enough, the KKK and the Black Panthers, both need to quit their shit. Black men don't need to be running around getting white women pregnant and then leaving them for hatered they feel for that womans father. White men who run around with sheets over their heads need to be arrested for gang activity. And all the BS needs to stop!!!!! I don't know that it will happen over night, but Obama will certainly point this country in the right direction!!!!! Its time for change. Wood frame windows with leaded glass is a beautiful originality of my house, which was built in 1926.
