Who needs orthopedic shoes? A whole bunch of people! If you suffer from heel pain, pain in the Achilles tendon, heel spurs, pain in the ball of your foot, plantar fasciitis, calluses, corns, onions, hammer toes, claw toes and hallux valgus, it may be worth your time (and your dollars) invest in the quality of a pair of orthopedic shoes.
Here's what to look for if you decide to go buy orthopedic shoes:

Answer: I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond, but I looked at WalMart, Target, the Container Store, Linens N Things, Ikea and Marshall's. They are all basically the same size, but they do have ones with compartments that vary in size.

Question: How accurate is the iPod+Nike when used in regular running shoes?

I'm interested in purchasing the iPod + Nike sensor to track my running pace but don't like the current Nike shoes that are designed to hold the sensor. Does anyone have experience using the sensor with non-compatable shoes by attaching it to the laces with a key-holder? If so, have you noticed any accuracy problems?

Answer: heard it might be off a few steps for a number of steps or something.. others have actually taken out the insole and cut a hole for it to be. and replace the insole..
