Question: My chihuahua is messing in the floor when I leave the door open. How do I stop her?

I have a big room in my house for my washer, dryer, computer. Its like an office and a wash room in 1 big room.
When I leave the door open to the kitchen by accident, my 7 yr old chihuahua runs up the stairs into a spare bedroom and poops on the nice plush carpet in less time than it took to bring in a bag of groceries. She has done it 4 or 5 times now. She has the whole basement, and utility room to herself, but prefers to crap on the floor in the spare bedroom. Why is she doing this? How can I get her to knock it off.

Question: Sandwich steamer for home use?

Does anyone know if you can buy a "home version" of one of those steamers like the sub shops use to make their subs really soft and melty and yummy ? I looked around a little on the internet, but just saw commercial ones for sale (and I don't have room for anything that big!) Or if you know any way to achieve the same result, I'd be open to that too !

Whenever someone says they're 100% Filipino, I just /facepalm myself. Aren't Filipinos all mixed races? Like, let's say the average Filipino says they're 100% Filipino. Then they should be like part Chinese, part Spanish and part Taiwanese as well right? There is no perfect Filipino imo. Based on what I read on Wikipedia any Filipino is a hybrid between Pacific Islanders and Spanish with a sprinkle of Chinese. I don't know. If you're Filipino, confirm this please.
