Question: How can yu remove the filtration flask from the filter funnel if get stuck during vacuum filtration?

I can't remove the filtration flask from the funnel after applying vacuum in the flask. I tried using water but it cannot sipped inside the stuck flask.

Answer: Turn off the vacuum.

remove tube from vacuum to flask.

Lift edge of filter paper.

Just do something to break the vacuum.

Question: could you please be so kind as to how to eject the bag from my kirby vacuum? sorry couldn't find my manual...

Answer: ok...bottom of vaccum bag sits on round flat bar....rotate that bottom piece and it should lift off once the pin are lined up.
