Question: Sandwich steamer for home use?

Does anyone know if you can buy a "home version" of one of those steamers like the sub shops use to make their subs really soft and melty and yummy ? I looked around a little on the internet, but just saw commercial ones for sale (and I don't have room for anything that big!) Or if you know any way to achieve the same result, I'd be open to that too !

Answer: A hot pan or pot with a rack in it, pour a 1/4-1/2 C of water in and cover. I do that with Coffee cakes and Rolls
